TopicQuests Foundation was founded in early 2010 when Martin Radley and Jack Park met at a conversation meeting. The founding question by Martin was: "How can we have civil conversations online about politics?"
My answer was: "World of Warcraft meets global sensemaking" by which I had in mind that the structured conversation of issue-based information systems.
